COVID 19 & Parenting

Prior to Covid 19, did you wish you had more time to spend with your kids? Did you believe that they were growing up so fast before your eyes? For many of us, COVID 19 has been disaster. Being in close proximity with your kids for more daytime hours gives you the opportunity to see them, really see them. Watch them and be amazed by their presence their very existence. What do you see that makes them unique? For a few moments, forget what you don't like about their behavior or their moods....look at them and see something new. It's been there all the time...see what God sees about them that is special. And remember we were all their age at one time. Extend the grace to your child that your younger self at their age would have wanted and deserved.
